Bernstein: Clarinet Sonata

Written in 1941, this clarinet sonata was Leonard Bernstein's first published work. Lasting only around ten minutes, it displays many of Bernstein's later compositional traits, with a lyrical if abstract first movement and a second movement featuring syncopations and meter changes towards the end of the piece.
