Reinhold Glière
Reinhold Glière (1874-1956) was a Russian composer, of German and Polish descent. Gliere composed five concertos and three symphonies, of which the third, subtitled ‘Ilya Muromets’ is of huge proportions and widely regarded. This website includes piano accompaniments for some of Gliere’s works for horn - a selection of pieces from his Op.35 set and the Horn Concerto in B flat major. Links can be found below.
