Arnold Cooke


Arnold Cooke (1906-2005) was a British composer, born in Yorkshire.

He studied with Paul Hindemith, and like his teacher he composed a number of sonatas and chamber music for various instruments. He also composed six symphonies, many concertos and two operas.

This website features piano accompaniment for Cooke’s Flute Sonatina, composed in 1956 and revised in 1961. A link can be found below.
