Edward Elgar
Sir Edward Elgar (1857-1934) is perhaps the most famous of all British composers.

His music seems to convey an almost unique sense of Englishness, exemplified in such works as his Pomp and Circumstance Marches and Nimrod from the Enigma Variations.

This website offers piano accompaniments for Elgar’s much-loved cello concerto, as well as the violin concerto, violin sonata and a number of his very popular short works for violin and piano. Links can be found below.
