Franz Schubert's Ave Maria is one of his best loved works for voice and piano, written in 1825 and subsequently arranged for many instrumental combinations. There are four transcriptions of Schubert's Ave Maria provided here. The first is in B flat major, which is often used for violin or flute arrangements of this song. There are also transcriptions in C major, G major and D major, so hopefully there should be one to suit your instrumental arrangement.
